Contact: hello@logiccloudbase.digital, 024274368, Street: 667/5 Gp 3 Rajburana Ratburana; City: Rat Burana; State/province/area: Bangkok; Zip code: 10140; Country calling code: +66; Country: Thailand.

Data we collect

Contact forms collect name, email, selected engagement interest, and the message you write (often including app category and channel context). We may also receive email correspondence and, during paid work, business contact details and credentials you voluntarily share for read-only review. Essential technical logs may include IP address and browser type for security.

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted attribution reviews, improve site reliability, and meet accounting or legal obligations in Thailand.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer relationship continues. Engagement records are retained for the period required by Thai accounting rules and any agreed contract, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Cookie preference storage is local to your browser; see the cookies page.

Your rights

Subject to applicable Thai personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact hello@logiccloudbase.digital to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in Thailand.

International transfers

If tools that process inquiry or engagement data are hosted outside Thailand, we take reasonable contractual and organizational steps to protect personal data in line with applicable requirements. Ask us for current processor details if you need them before an engagement.

Security

We apply access controls to client materials and ask that shared credentials remain read-only and time-bounded. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive identifiers through the public contact form.
