Refunds & cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid fees for Logiccloudbase consulting engagements (audits, source reviews, window consultations, and monthly briefings) when conditions below are met. This site does not sell physical goods or software licenses.

Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests by email to hello@logiccloudbase.digital within 14 days of the triggering event described in this policy, including the engagement name, invoice or confirmation reference, and reason.

Full refund

A full refund is available if Logiccloudbase cancels an engagement before substantive work begins, or if you cancel a scheduled consultation more than 5 business days before the session and no preparatory analysis has been delivered.

Partial refund

If work has started—access inventory, sample tracing, or draft findings—refunds are prorated against completed stages documented in the engagement note. Monthly briefing retainers may receive a partial refund for unused full months when cancelled with 15 days’ notice; the current month is non-refundable once the briefing cycle has begun.

Non-refundable items

Completed deliverables (final audit reports, policy memos, delivered monthly briefings), no-shows for scheduled consultations without 2 business days’ notice, and third-party costs you asked us to incur on your behalf are non-refundable.

Deposits

Project deposits secure scheduling. Deposits convert to fees when work starts. Unused deposits are refundable if we cannot staff the engagement by the agreed start window.

Rescheduling

Consultations and workshops may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 3 business days’ notice. Later changes may forfeit the session fee or require a new booking.

Work already started & materials

Time already spent reviewing consoles or preparing findings is billable. We do not purchase physical materials for these engagements; any client-purchased tools remain the client’s responsibility.

Process & method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank transfer refunds inside Thailand may require matching account details for verification.
