Terms of use

Acceptance

By accessing logiccloudbase.digital or engaging Logiccloudbase Co., Ltd. for attribution consulting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and do not submit an inquiry for paid work.

Services described

Pages on this site describe professional advisory engagements such as install attribution audits, campaign source reviews, window consultations, and monthly briefings. Descriptions are informational. A separate written confirmation defines scope, fees, and deliverables for any paid engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials created by Logiccloudbase remain our property unless a signed engagement states otherwise. Clients retain ownership of their app data, campaign materials, and confidential business information. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement may be used internally by the client; redistribution as a commercial product requires prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, scrape content at abusive volumes, or submit false contact details. Read-only credentials shared for audits must be revoked promptly after the engagement ends when requested.

Liability

Attribution advice depends on the accuracy of access and information you provide. To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Logiccloudbase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on site content alone. For paid work, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
